Embedded YouTube links no longer work, can’t check back on your own recent posts, adds despite paying for it, no support for creating polls, emailing support doesn’t get a response. Avoid at all costs.

I have just moved back from the standard Tapatalk to Tapatalk Pro but the push notifications are not working. Moreover I received email of me being quoted but the application didn’t show it. Please fix this. Edit: Received notification 1hr after receiving email

I’ve tried to contact them on forum, twitter, email,. no answer! I’ve got a problem with notifications about quotes for sometime, no fix and I’ve even paid for this app! other than that, irrelevant images are popping up inside posts, please fix!

I bought this some time ago, now I come to reinstall and it contains adverts. My opinion of this now commonplace practice is developers who do this are theives. You can ask me to pay or you can show me ads but not both!

Please modify this app to allow for storage of cache on the SD card of Samsung phones. I have to keep clearing the cache as it kills my phone by using up to about 2 Gb of cache. Please consider this change request.

Every upgrade makes it worse. I (and others, base on reviews) can’t open forums anymore. It just spins and spins and spins. Makes me sorry I paid for this app.

Used to be blazing fast. Now takes forever to load forums. clearing cache and or data does little to no help. It has been like this for the past several updates. Had to come and review this to let others know. Recommended for getting notifications.

I always get logged off from the forums after some time. This happens also, when I am using my tapatalk account, where the logins are saved. I couldn’t find any option where this could be toggled…

Well, Tapatalk pro (I purchased) is now officially unusable. Won’t load xda forums, just sets and spins loading… It did throw a box up one time about white listing an ad blocker. I never use ad blockers! Come on Tapatalk, this stinks.

I paid for a Pro app and now I’m getting a message that tells me my subscription is about to expire. What the heck. I typically don’t purchase subscriptions, but I will purchase apps, which I did here. This is ridiculous.

Doesn’t load forums. 3 to 4 times per day logs me out. Sometimes says wrong credentials when I try to log back in. Have to close the app and come back to it after half an hour and maybe get lucky to log back in.

Paid for this app years ago now it tells me my subscription is ending and I must pay a monthly fee. Absolutely ridiculous and I feel scammed. Needless to say, I will NOT be purchasing a subscription and will rather use the mobile sites.

This new mentioning system is annoying as hell. Before you could just @ and type the name, now it FORCES you to a new screen where your HAVE TO browse through all (partial) matching names and pick one before you can continue with the post. Often doesn’t load forums or topics.

Are you serious? I have already purchased this app, and now you expect me to pay for it again on a subscription basis? Best of luck with that!! This app is handy to pull your favourite forums into one place, but as all sites are mobile friendly these days, it’s no longer required. By charging loyal users AGAIN, the devs have effectively killed this app off.

Punishing the original supporters of this app. The developer is completely disregarding and punishing the original supporters of this app that had purchased the premium version years ago. Now they want us to pay a monthly fee or we lose out on services that we had paid for originally. It is not right and I hope the developer changes course on this stance otherwise they will have lost another user in me.

more often than not bthe app closes immediately after opening a link from google chrome. occurred on multiple phones over the past years. Often you choose to open in browser because the forum isn’t loading and it seems that Chrome redirects back to tapatalk which isn’t working in the first place. 100% waste of time and money.

I also bought premium app years ago and also feel screwed by new subscription service model. Will not recommend to anyone. Steer clear of this app. No loyalty to original user base. Questionable businesses practices. I’m back to using browser for my forums.

The team behind Tapatalk should be ashamed of themselves. By introducing a paid subscription for an app that was already paid, they have demonstrated just how greedy they are. The whole reason users such as myself have bought this app was specifically so there would be no ads and no subscriptions of any kind. If they want to make more money, then they should leave the ads in the free version of the app, not punish old customers that already paid. Offering a 6 month VIP subscription is a joke.

Getting worse with every update. Slow af, image quality is suddenly insanely low, no attachment option, only upload and link to tapatalks storage which is concerning as they could pull the plug or do a Photobucket and blackmail you, which would break millions of threads of forums with images suddenly vanishing. Use the normal tapatalk app instead.

Paid for Pro, now being told the app I purchased now requires a subscription to get what I already paid for. Unacceptable, and uninstalled. Shame on developers for fleecing their paid users. Give me a refund and I’ll “consider” the subscription…

Very inconsistent with loading forums. More often than not it won’t take me past the main page. Click on the forum I want and it just hangs. Doesn’t load, doesn’t do anything.

Promised a lifetime vip status but greedy dev is pushing subscription model and screwing over the people who originally supported them. Would not recommend this app to anyone anymore bc the dev clearly has no problem breaking their word, so who knows what all other nefarious nonsense the devs could be up to now as they are already showing that they have no problem with lying to users.

Was working fine till I just ran the latest update and now I can’t access my forum. This is not acceptable for a paid app. ETA: it wouldn’t auto login. Once I clicked no, I wasn’t screen name, then it let me enter my password and it logged me in. It’s working but that is a terrible flow.

excellent progress so far. Unable to see or post to ones personal gallery. This APP has been refined many times, for better or worse, cheers to DEV(‘s) for non-stop commitment. Paid version is the way to go, still ads but not nearly like the freebie. Of all the things, i dont get why some fourums are still off limits? (rctech) I know the OWNER loses money when they allow taptalk IN, but its also much more traffic. (ad revenue) could we have future considerations that would allow us such?

I used to love tapatalk but now it seems to be more buggy. One example is deep links from notifications used to work and now they don’t. So when I tap on a notification that interests me I just have to watch a spinner spinning and then go and find the topic myself. Hopefully one day it returns to its former glory.

I’m not sure how correct is this info. But BBS app reports com.quoord.tapatalkHD.TapatalkPro as an app that is using 100% of the time the following 2 sensors: accelerometer and gyroscope. Do you know something about it? I can provide screenshot

Worked great for a good while, then would keep repeating the same posts over and over even after I had read them. Contacted the team and they supposedly couldn’t figure out what I was talking about and got nowhere with any of the problems, its about right after you have paid for something, sucks
