Totally useless app, can’t watch one film or episode without the screen being black but audio still playing then when the picture does appear it freezes with audio still playing. Its been like this for weeks now, today I noticed a new update and thought this was the fix as other users have mentioned they have the same issue, so I updated and launched the app hoping this was the fix but no still doing exactly the same thing. Still paying but can’t watch anything, using samsung tablet please sort.

I lost money because of bad user experience. The app asks for email or mobile phone as user name. When you login once with email id on your desktop and login with mobile number on mobile it createsntwo different accounts. The worst part it is it takes same credit card number for both the accounts and charge you twice. Be careful, they bill you insanely.

Netflix, what is the app problems? Why when I play any drama or movie, the image are not moving but the voice still playing. I try to uninstall and install the app for several times wih hope that this problem is temporary. But, when I try to play the video after several times of uninstall and installing the app, nothing change. The same problem happen over and over. Please fix this problem. I am very annoyed with this problem. I am stress enough with the MCO.

It is a great app w/ a variety of movies and shows for everyone. The one problem is it buffers frequently on a Dell laptop. Other than that a time killer during quarantine. Also you can view shows for a fixed price and ppl can share one account. Most of the good stuff are only available in America, in which case you will require a VPN. A suggestion is acquiring a not interested button like YouTube.

I’d give 0* if I could. I figured you couldn’t get the mobile app wrong considering the version for xbox one is flawless, low and behold Netflix mobile app doesn’t show movies or series’ just pictures from each film and error messages every time you try to watch it. When you try to find out why it doesn’t work they have a pre programmed excuse attempting to blame the device its on, after checking this on 2 other mobiles I can confirm it is pure BS and the mobile app just doesn’t work. Premium BS

Thank you so much Netflix for solving the “My List” issue. Now it’s working fine. But I still can’t rate you higher as you still don’t give us the option to select the video quality manually. Putting a “Mobile Data Usage” option is not enough. We paid for premium package which says that videos can be played upto 4K so shouldn’t we be having the control to select it manually just like YouTube does? So please Netflix, give us the options to select video quality manually i.e 4K, 1080p, 720p etc.

This is an amazing streaming platform however there is just one thing I wish would be put into place. Different accounts of netflix coming from different countries get different shows and movies to watch. I just wish all accounts are able to watch the same thing.

This app is okay. It would be better if our downloads get saved on the phone and in the gallery, cause then I can transfer to my USB and watch on the t.v whenever I have time rather than logging back into the app, going to my downloads in order to watch it. That’s why I rate this app 3stars. As soon as the developer makes these addional changes to make us customers happy, I will definitely rate this app 5stars, either than that, this app is satisfactory results

When i leave the app in the middle of a movie, i can no longer watch the video when I return to the app to resume the movie. The audio is there playing normally, but the video is pitch black. I usually have to restart my phone to get the video working again. Please sort this out.

Fake trial version. I tried the free trail version for few days and then cancelled it. But after few months, money got deducted from my account for two consecutive months. When I contacted customer care, they said that “someone” has changed the email and restarted the subscription. No one knows that I have used trial version of this app except Netflix themselves. So be careful and don’t loose your money to this fraud.

It gives me all the movies I want or didn’t even know I would like and all without adds the only thing is if you start to watch a show that gets you hooked it’s not going to have another season for like 2-3years so please when Netflix starts a series please update it in a few months not years after that I love Netflix.

Ok, it just sucks i can’t remove anything from my “continue watching” list anymore. Tired of seeing shows im done watching and not being able to remove them. Who would remove that option? I don’t feel like waiting for some bot to decide when the show is removed. Its just super annoying and am sure im not the only on one who feels the same

Uninstall, re-install, then “sorry, we could not reach the netflix service. Please try again later. (-14)”. I checked my internet connection, play youtube, browsing, is working smoothly… Please fix it.. Thx

Without asking me 649Rs are deducted from my account….I want my money back…also at the time of playing movies or web series, there is error time out message displaying for many times…sometimes while watching videos directly netflix stopped working and sometimes it keep me logged out…please think about it and refund back my money

I loved Netflix. See what i did there. I used past tense. This app is starting to piss me off. I can’t watch anything without it freezing every couple minutes. Fix it olease. Before i just delete my subscription from you guys. My patience is thin.

What is happening is really weird, sometimes the app works smoothly but the other times it doesn’t even open. I don’t know if that’s a glitch or whatever I hope you fix it ASAP cause it’s been a happening for a month now & I reported it earlier but no one gives a damn to fix it. Hope this shall help!

I’m currently using the mobile plan since apr 13. I’m having problems today with my plan. I can’t download saying that i have to upgrade my plan since I am using 2 devices. BUT I only use my phone AND I have changed my password incase someone is truly using my account. BUT still I can’t download with the same popup error.

Netflix is the Best Movie App i ever experience! There are plenty of movies to watch either New or Old, that are well categorized according to the movie types. The Movie menu are presented in a very good well emphasized environment with the movies complete details… in addition, the subscription are very affordable with many promos on discount could be availed ….the payment are very flexible. Loved it. Netflix is perfect in its every aspects. I used it in free trail of one month with my 3 other friend spending just 5 rupees instead of 799 thats amazing then fall in love with its series like sex education, Lucifer.. Etc.. Low data full hd picture quality and what you need to feel in love with this. ❤

Let’s start with the trial period that lasted around 4 days instead of a month and suddenly I got charged. Then few days now the app stops working, the video stops and the sound continues, and if im watching and i press the arrow it exists the app instead of taking me to the main page. In addition some series doenst have the full seasons (like blacklist). I am disappointed.

I really do love this app, but I have a question. Whenever I pause the show and exit the app to respond to a text message (view a video they sent), the audio keeps playing in the background (once the video sent ends). It’s only the audio since I don’t have the picture-in-picture activated or allowed. My question is: Is it possible to stop the audio from playing in the background?

I mean, its Netflix. The streaming platform itself is iconic but I have a few issues with it. For starters, the anime options for americans. Its inconvenient to have to find a VPN just so can watch some anime, and also netflix almost never finished getting all the episodes for an anime, for example, hunter x hunters final season was completely missing. Another issue is the app itself. Its constantly doing this thing where the image stops but the audio continues and it’s really annoying.

So far im enjoying it only issue is i wish they would update the new season content on shows faster. And stop starting a only on nextflix shows and just when they are getting good they are canceling them. So for the canceling of only on netflix shows after only 2 or 3 seasons i cant give them 5 stars but all the rest seems pretty good other then needing to add more shows faster since i spend alot of time on netflix watching i go through everything pretty fast

Very poor experience… The dark scenes are nearly impossible to watch, the contrast settings are very poor… Collection is nice, but unwatchable. The new version turned to be even worse… I now am feeling that they are deliberately worsening the mobile experience so that people increase the subscription amount and watch on other screens… Very Low Level Marketing Strategy!! Even though I have the bigger subscription, at night I still watch on mobile… and that has become unwatchable so I had to start watch Prime, now I am hooked on prime, not coming back on Netflix, neither renewing the subscription.

What happened to the speed controls? So Netflix cares more about the opinions of a few Hollywood elites and not of their customers. Hollywood doesn’t represent the entire media streaming industry of the world. I found the speed controls really useful for watching anime shows, where I do not understand the language and only rely on subtitles. If this feature was really that detrimental to movies then why not let movie publishers decide if they wanted the speed controls enabled for their content.

I like that I can download shows, but I’m feeling like even when I download them it streams them over Chromecast. I’m trying to save data because I live in a rural area and do not have high speed internet at home. I tried mirroring my phone on Chromecast but Netflix restricts this for their videos. The video on the television was black although it played on my phone.

Everything for the app is best. I would like to suggest a new tab. If you can also include already watched tab along with add to list download etc, it wud work better. And once you watch any series or movie, it should go in the category of already watched. Right now what is happening is, even if i have watched it, it is again n again popping up. Then it feels irritating and feels like nothing good stuff left to watch. I hope you will take this as suggestion and work on it.

I’m getting very annoyed by this app. Everytime I download, it never downloads, the downloads just hang. I keep having to uninstall then reinstall the app everytime. Also, why does it keep asking me who’s watching? Why cant it just stick on my profile until I decide to change it! Urg! I’m wasting my money on this s#!t!!!!! And it has gotten even worse! Now it just keeps failing!

If you’re experiencing error message that says ” Unable to reach Netflix service, please try again later.” Uninstall the app, and reinstall it, this time use your mobile data instead of your WiFi to sign to the app, once you’re in, turn the data off and use your WiFi again, and your good from here on forward.

I would give Netflix 5 stars but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work on my phone, When ever I try to play anything I can’t see anything its just a black screen but I can clearly hear the audio I hope Netflix could try to do something about this ,i have a Samsung A10 and I’ve tried everything to make it work But overall great selection of films and series, but I wish there would be more languages on everything My mum doesn’t speak English very well so a lot of films we can’t watch with her.
